Global impact, small town vibe.

Stay flexible with a hybrid work model.
We love our office and we think magic happens when we’re all together. We also understand the world has changed and people have unique needs when it comes to work. Because of this, we’ve embraced a flexible hybrid work model. It’s about embracing our diverse team, celebrating individuals, and keeping the lines of communication wide open. This is how we keep our amazing culture flowing, whether we’re in the office or working remotely, making it an inclusive and fun journey of collaboration and innovation.
Explore Canada’s beautiful east coast.
Our region is the perfect mix of city and culture, with nature always close by (you’re only ever a short drive to the nearest beach). It’s a place where people from all over the world have been excited to plant their roots. Forget long commute times and a hectic pace—in Nova Scotia you can do your best work while still having a much-needed work-life balance.
Like most of us across Canada, we live, work, and raise our families on the ancestral and unceded lands of the Indigenous peoples of this wonderful place we call home. We would like to acknowledge that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People.
This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship” which Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) people first signed with the British Crown in 1725. The city of Halifax was long ago called Kjipuktuk by the Mi’kmaw people. This means “the great harbour.”
