Youth camps & internships
We’re dedicated to nurturing a passion for STEM in youth. Through partnerships with organizations like Digital Discovery Camp, we actively engage aspiring engineers by hosting our CodeRED workshops that foster innovation and exploration. By sharing our expertise, we aim to inspire future innovators and shape a tech-driven tomorrow.
IT Programs
Through mentorship and hands-on experiences, our mission is to foster an inclusive and vibrant future in the tech industry. By focusing on underrepresented groups, such as young women, non-binary, and Black youth, we hope to provide opportunities to explore tech careers by partnering with impactful programs like Techsploration, FIRST® LEGO® League, Black Boys Code, The Delmore “Buddy” Daye Learning Institute, and more.
Strong partnerships with colleges and universities.
We’re deeply invested in nurturing the next wave of tech talent. Our college and university partnerships (most notably with NSCC and Dalhousie University) extend to hiring graduates, facilitating work terms, collaborating on applied research partnerships, and have even included us giving input on curriculum design.
