REDspace has been selected as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2017 – an honour recognizing companies with under 500 employees who demonstrate exceptional workplaces and forward-thinking human resource policies. This is our first time being recognized for this top national honour.
This year’s winners were selected based on their flexibility to adapt quickly to changing conditions and the ease with which they are making improvements. Now in it’s fourth year, employers were evaluated based on the following criteria: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work & Social Atmosphere; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.

Like many of the other winners, REDspace continues to grow year over year, doubling in size in the last two years to over 150 employees while creating an environment that allows the team to thrive. We are all passionate about doing the best work and we do it as a team. Management has built an organization that is flat, flexible, and encourages a personable, welcoming environment.
